Customers are entitled to enjoy the promotion as per below:

10 years warranty on range hood's motor. Applicable for one (1) time claim after 5 year standard warranty.
10 years warranty n gas hob's tempered glass. Applicable for one (1) time claim after 1 year standard warranty for gas hob's tempered glass top. Warranty against glass breakage of gas hob cooktop.
2 years warranty on manufacturer defect of electric hob, oven, microwave oven & steam oven.
The promotion campaign is not valid with other promotions, discounts and offers.
Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or any other form of rewards. The gift will be void if customer makes a cancellation on purchase. Only ONE (1) gift for every hood + hob package purchased.
Customer details and invoice complete with product details, customer full name, contact no. and address must be submitted to the registration link during this promotion period as stated in (1).
Upon receiving the registration, customer will receive a verification email within 3 working days. Customer MUST reply to the email to verify the details and once the registration is successful, the free gift will be delivered to customer's doorstep within 14 working days. If customer fails to do the verification, FMSB reserves the right to reject the application.
The registration will be rejected if the customer details and purchase details are not complete or with dispute.
The warranty is cover for the spare part cost only and it is exclusive of labour cost. Other Terms & conditions stated in the product warranty card or FOTILE online warranty page applies.
The promotion gift is subject to the availability of stock and FMSB reserves the right to change or replace the free gift with any item of similar value without prior notice.
