Due to logistic concerns, we're unable to deliver to East Malaysia. Hence, purchasing is not open to East Malaysia for the time being.
The delivery services offered by logistic company does not extend to Non Serviceable Area. Example: Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Perhentian, Pulau Tioman, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tenggol, Pulau Kapas, Pulau Pangkor, Cameron Highlands, Genting Highland and other remote islands or highlands in Malaysia.
Note: We only deal with business operations in Malaysia, hence we do not accept order and deliver to overseas (outside of Malaysia)
We try our very utmost to ship the product as soon as possible. Delivery by GDex Express or J&T Express usually will takes about 3-4 working days (not including weekends or holidays) and third party logistic usually takes about 7-14 working days for your parcel to arrive. If the item you purchased happened to ran out-of-stock, we will inform you the expected delivery date. For Pre-Order item, we shall advice you the expected delivery date after getting confirmation from supplier.
FREE DELIVERY with purchase of more than RM1,000 in a single order.
For purchase of below than RM1,000 in a single order, delivery fee will be apply based on product weight and product packaging dimensions, and service rates for delivery to Regular Service Area by the courier company.
Order confirmation: Once order is placed, an order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email within 1-2 working days.
Order in delivery: Once out for delivery, a delivery confirmation with tracking id will be sent to you through email within 1-2 working days. Please check the items before accepting to ensure they are in good condition.
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to J Bathroom by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly.
If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it yet, we suggest taking the following steps:
- Other than yourself, who could have received the package? Do you live with family or roommates? Do you have neighbors or a doorman? Please ask them if they received the package.
- Was the package signed for? If so, do you recognize the name? Please ask them if they received the package.
- Do you have a back or side door? Maybe you have a mailbox, mail room, or receiving office? If so, the package may be there.
- Do you know your mail man or woman? If so, please ask them to confirm when and where the package was delivered.
