Throughout the campaign period, customers who purchased selected FOTILE hood, gas hob, electric hob, oven, microwave oven & steam oven will be able to enjoy the extended warranty.

How to Participate

Step 1: Purchase FOTILE selected hood and hob package

Click on this link FOTILE hood and hob package to make a purchase.

 

This promotion is only valid for the purchase of the following products:

  1. Range hood: EMG9030, JQG9009T, JQG9031, EMS9016, EMS9021-R, EMS9020 & EMS9028.
  2. Gas hob: FD2B, GHG78211, GHG78312, GAG76202, GAG86210 & GAG86309.
  3. Electric hob: EEG75201.
  4. Oven: KSG7007A, KSS7002A & KSG7003AT.
  5. Microwave oven: HW25800K-01AG, HW25800K-03G & HW25800K-C2GT.
  6. Steam oven: SCD26-D1 & SCD42-C2T.
Step 2: Save the receipt

After you make a purchase of selected FOTILE hood and hob package from our J Bathroom Online Store, the receipt will be sent to your email. Save the receipt for registration purpose.

Step 3: Register your details

Click on this link FOTILE Healthy Kitchens, Hearty Raya Form to fill in your details, pick a free gift and upload the receipt.

Step 4: Check your email

You will receive a verification email within 3 working days. You MUST reply to the email to verify the details.

* Don't forget to check the junk mail box and spam mail box.

Step 5: Receive your order

Your ordered FOTILE items will be delivered to your doorstep. 

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I only purchase single FOTILE selected item?

You will only able to enjoy the EXTENDED WARRANTY without the free gift.

* Free gift is applicable to FOTILE hood and hob package only.

How long would it take to receive my order and free gift?

FOTILE items will be delivered to you within 5 working days and the free gift will be delivered to you within 14 working days from the date you verified the verification email.

What if I submitted details are not complete or with dispute?

The registration will be rejected and you will never be able to enjoy the extended warranty and free gift.

What if I didn't submit the registration within the campaign period?

Your purchased FOTILE items will back to regular warranty period and no free gift.

Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion campaign is valid from 15.04.2021 until 15.05.2021.
  2. This campaign is valid for customer who made purchase at FOTILE participating dealers.
  3. The purchase made must be within the promotion period as stated in (1).
  4. This promotion is only valid for the purchase of the following products:
    1. Range hood: EMG9030, JQG9009T, JQG9031, EMS9016, EMS9021-R, EMS9020 & EMS9028.
    2. Gas hob: FD2B, GHG78211, GHG78312, GAG76202, GAG86210 & GAG86309.
    3. Electric hob: EEG75201.
    4. Oven: KSG7007A, KSS7002A & KSG7003AT.
    5. Microwave oven: HW25800K-01AG, HW25800K-03G & HW25800K-C2GT.
    6. Steam oven: SCD26-D1 & SCD42-C2T.
  5. Customers are entitled to enjoy the promotion as per below:
    1. FREE gift of air fryer OR hot pot grill pan for the purchase of hood and hob package models listed in (4).
    2. 10 years warranty on range hood's motor. Applicable for one (1) time claim after 5 year standard warranty.
    3. 10 years warranty n gas hob's tempered glass. Applicable for one (1) time claim after 1 year standard warranty for gas hob's tempered glass top. Warranty against glass breakage of gas hob cooktop.
    4. 2 years warranty on manufacturer defect of electric hob, oven, microwave oven & steam oven.
  6. The promotion campaign is not valid with other promotions, discounts and offers.
  7. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or any other form of rewards. The gift will be void if customer makes a cancellation on purchase. Only ONE (1) gift for every hood + hob package purchased.
  8. Registration can be done at https://forms.gle/gkkhmYZTwddYDR4P9 or scan QR code from the leaflet.
  9. Customer details and invoice complete with product details, customer full name, contact no. and address must be submitted to the registration link during this promotion period as stated in (1).
  10. Upon receiving the registration, customer will receive a verification email within 3 working days. Customer MUST reply to the email to verify the details and once the registration is successful, the free gift will be delivered to customer's doorstep within 14 working days. If customer fails to do the verification, FMSB reserves the right to reject the application.
  11. The registration will be rejected if the customer details and purchase details are not complete or with dispute.
  12. The warranty is cover for the spare part cost only and it is exclusive of labour cost. Other Terms & conditions stated in the product warranty card or FOTILE online warranty page applies.
  13. The promotion gift is subject to the availability of stock and FMSB reserves the right to change or replace the free gift with any item of similar value without prior notice.
