After you make a purchase of selected FOTILE product from our J Bathroom Online Store, the receipt will be sent to your email. Save the receipt for registration purpose.

You will receive an email within 3 working days for verification purpose.
After verified, your ordered FOTILE products and free gifts will be delivered to your doorstep within 14 working days.
Note: FOTILE items and free gifts might be delivered to you separately.
Frequently Asked Questions
FOTILE items normally will be delivered to you within 5 working days and free gifts normally will be delivered to you within 14 working days but during MCO period it might take a little longer than usual. However, we will keep you updated about the estimation delivery date.

If you have received a defective product, please take photographs of the defective product and return to the deliveryman, then contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement.
If the delivery note has been signed by the recipient, we will assume that your package has arrived at the intended destination without any damage.
