It will be hassle-free as you are not required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Your order will be delivered to the registered address every time you make a purchase, unless you direct us otherwise.
Not necessary, but becomes a registered user could save up a lot of time for your following orders because you don't need repeating fill in the information every time you place an order.
You may change your details at My Account page. The button [account icon] are located near the top right - hand corner of our header page.
What you need to do is click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email to reset your password.
- Select the quantity desired and click on "ADD TO CART" for the item(s) you wish to purchase.
- Click "Cart" icon on top of the right to review the item.
- Click on "Redeem your coupon" and apply coupon/voucher code (if any).
- Key in your email address, check on the box "I agree with Terms & Conditions" to agree to the Terms & Conditions and click on "Checkout".
- Select how would you like to receive your order - "Ship to my address" or "I'll pick it up myself".
- Provide your delivery information and click on "Continue".
- Select your shipping method and click "Continue" to proceed.
- Choose a way to pay for your order - "Credit or Debit Card" or "Bank Transfer".
- Complete your order by clicking on "Pay".
You will receive an email notification from us when your order is being processed, and another email notification containing the delivery tracking information once your order is being dispatched.
"Processing" simply means that we successfully received your order. Once order is shipped or out for delivery, we will send a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to "Shipped" or "Out For Delivery".
Once your order is ready, your order status will change to "Ready For Pickup". You may drop by anytime to pick up your order during our working hours.
Most orders ship within three (3) business days of purchase date. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please note that orders will not be shipped during weekends or holidays.
We accept both Credit and Debit Cards for Visa and Mastercard, and Online Banking. All your credit card information is protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards.
All products transaction currencies will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
All credit card information (including CVV) is securely encrypted and stored with our gateway Stripe (in the case there is a transaction cancellation refund). Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Credit card information will not be retained after your order is successfully completed.
After a successful make the payment, you will receive a receipt and order confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email shortly after your successful payment, please contact us via the Contact page to further assist with your issue.
